Talented hero Anand Devarakonda's new movie "Duet" has started grandly in Hyderabad today. This film is being produced by KE Gnanavel Raja under Studio Green Banner with lavish making on a huge budget. Mathura Sreedhar Reddy is acting as co-producer. Mithun Varadaraja Krishnan, who worked under star director AR Murugadoss, is making his directorial debut with "Duet". Ritika Nayak is playing the heroine in this movie. 

The opening ceremony of the movie "Duet" was held at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad. Hero Vijay Devarakonda, directors Harish Shankar, Chandu Mondeti, Sai Rajesh, hero Satya Dev Anand's parents Govarthan Devarakonda and Madhavi were present as guests in this program. Blockbuster director Harish Shankar garu sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, while Govardhan Deverakonda and Madhavi Deverakonda garu switched on the camera. Talented filmmaker Chandoo Mondeti directed the first shot. Producer Gnanavel Raja, director Sai Rajesh and Madhura Sreedhar handed over the script to the makers. On this occasion.

Gnanavel garu has done big movies in Tamil with Surya and Karthi. Here I have to produce with my elder brother as well. Gnanavel Raja is going to do big movies in Telugu. I want the movies in that huge line-up to be successful. I feel very happy that GV Prakash Kumar is the music director of our film. I have been his fan since the movie Aadukalam. Ritika played a superb role in Ashokavanamlo Arjuna kalyanam movie.. I wish her all the best for this film. Mithun has written an amazing story. We are going to make a good movie with our team.

Producer KE Gnanavel Raja said - Just like I did movies in Kollywood with Surya and Karthi, here I did Nota with Vijay and I am producing a duet movie with Anand. I have known Anand for a long time. He is always smiling and positive. We wanted to give him his first blockbuster hit in our company. When this film was committed, he did not know that he was doing a film called Baby. The movie became a super hit. We didn't get a chance to give Anand his first blockbuster. I like action and commercial entertainers more than love stories. But when Mithun told this story, I got emotional on many occasions. When I heard the story of the duet, I got the same feeling as I felt when I saw Atlee's first movie Raja Rani. Mathura Sridhar is supporting us. Not only this film, he will continue to be a part of the projects we have done in our Studio Green organization. Our director said that Ritika's acting is good.
