ABO Review : 'Kerintha'

Saikiran Adivi`s `Kerintha` is a Decent, Feel-good, Youthful, Emotional Drama on Romance & Friendship.

Story :

The Journey of a Gang of 3 Boys & Girls from Friendship to Love. A Low confident, confused, aspiring Musician..., an Immature aimless wanderer and a High confident Feel-good Lover boy finding and fulfilling their love!.

Analysis :

`Kerintha` has worked to a large extent although it sticks to the `Happy Days` Formula. Its convincing Narration and strong emotions made this a pretty decent flick. A Feel Good story with Good dialogues and Decent Music, `Kerintha` scores well as far as the target group goes. With Several new faces in it, the film will take some time for the audience to really take off and then manages to hold the interest right through. A Predictable story is the only minus for an other wise Worth-a-Watch flick!.

Performances:

Sumanth Ashwin, Sri Divya, Tejaswi Madivada, Vishwanth, Paarvatheesham, Sukruthi, Nithya Naresh and etc.., have all done a Decent job. Nothing bad or over the top.

Technical Departments:

Music: Mickey`s Tunes are okay and a couple of songs are good on-screen. Back ground score is Pretty good and is a big plus.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Adequate.

Plus:

1. Dialogues.

2. Soundtrack.

3. Emotions.

Minus:

1. Cliches.

2. Predictable.

Rating: 3.25 / 5 ( Worth a Watch )

Box-office Verdict :

The film sticks to the formula and has scope to do Decent business at the Box-office in Major Cities. Target Group of Youth connecting to the film well holds key.
