ABO Review : 'Action'

`Action`  is a Hybrid-Genre Thriller which works in parts!.



Story : 

Subhash (Vishal), youngest son of a Southern State CM, is an Army officer. A bomb blast rocks the Big Political Meeting of Subhash`s Family Party`s Alliance. This causes big repercussions and their family gets blamed. Subhash aims to uncover the conspiracy and goes on a Globetrotting-spy Mission to catch the culprits.



Performances:

Vishal and Tamannaah walks away with the honours and their hard work is clearly visible on-screen. Akanksha Puri and Kabir play their parts well in negative characters. Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ramki, Shayazi and other supporting cast are adequate.




Technical Departments:

Action: Good and interesting.

Music: Ordinary.

Cinematography: Decent.

Editing: Adequate.



Analysis : 

`Action` is a Hybrid-Genre Thriller filled with Politics, Terror, and Family Drama. The film`s 1st half is interesting but the 2nd half should have been better. Action Episodes and Locales coupled with loads of glamour make this a Decent affair in the end. Although it is heavily inspired from many recent Spy Thrillers, `Action` manages to engage the audiences initially but the family and pre-climax portions let it down.

Box-office Verdict : 

The film needs 7 Cr Share from Telugu States and it doesn`t look likely.
