ABO Review : Naandhi

`Naandhi` - Intense and Thought Provoking Drama!.

Story :

Surya Prakash (Allari Naresh) is a software engineer who was just about to marry and settle down. But all of a sudden, he gets arrested in a murder implicated by a Corrupt Cop. Surya goes through a lot of trauma and tragedy for 5 long years in Jail. The rest is about payback!.

Performances:

Allari Naresh delivered a stunning performance in an intense character. Varalaxmi played her parts convincingly. Harish Uthaman is apt and more than adequate. Praveen and Priyadarshi have been a good support acts.

Technical Departments:

Music: Decent.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Fine.

Stunts: Decent.

Analysis :

`Naandhi` is a kind of relaunch for Allari Naresh. He is simply outstanding in a highly demanding character and held the film together despite its share of flaws. The 1st half of the film is especially appealing and the 2nd is decent with an impactful but rushed climax. It is heart wrenching at times and may not be everybody`s cup of tea. Nevertheless, this is certainly worth a watch for its relevant and thought provoking story.

Box-office Verdict :
