Review: Om Bheem Bush is a Passable Horror comedy.

Story:

Three happy-go-lucky friends, Krish (Sree Vishnu), Vinay (Priyadarshi) and Madhav (Rahul Ramakrishna) land in the village of Bhairavapuram, where locals are haunted by a ghost (Sampangi) from hundreds of years. They set up camp in the village and become popular by doing silly things and dupuing the innocent locals. What`s the mystery behind Sampangi? Can they succeed in finding the treasure and survive the Ghost?

Performances:

Sree Vishnu, Priyadarshi and Rahul Ramakrishna delivered good performances with plenty of oneliners and laughs. Racha Ravi is another actor worth mentioning and shines as an important supporting act. The Leading ladies haven`t got much scope.

Technical Departments:

1.Music : Decent Background Score but badly needed a Chart-buster.

2.Editing : Near and Sharp.

3.Cinematography : Okay.

4. Art : Grand and Good.

5. VFX : Ordinary.

Analysis:

Om Bheem Bush is touted as a Mindless Entertainer to be consumed leaving no room for logic. The Team has been pushing this well to prepare their target audience and delivered a passable film which may have justified the billing. 

The 1st half of the film is average with a few laughs here and there but the 2nd was packed with plenty of thrills and manages to keep one glued to the screen. While it has a debatable ending, as they were clear upfront about how serious they were we might choose to ignore these anamolies. This is a passable affair which is worth a try but fell short of being much more due to the formulaic mass horror stuff limiting it`s overall impact.

Movie Rating: 2.75/5

Box-office Verdict: May have to end as an underwhelming affair due to high costs in Distribution. 14-15 Cr Theatricals needs to be Recovered by Sub-Distributors!
